For a church to take part in Ride+Stride, we need the following:

  1. A volunteer to register with us to be the Local Organiser (LO) for that church. An LO can look after more than one church.
  2. A completed GDPR Consent Form to give us permission to store and use your personal data. Each LO has to have a valid consent form on file regardless of the number of churches they look after.

Please read the consent form carefully. As a minimum, we will need the “Administer Ride+Stride” box on the left of the form ticked so that we can communicate to run it at your church. To post you the 2 packs per year, in practice we need the “By Post” box ticked too otherwise we have to send it to the church and it may be lost. The other 4 boxes are optional. By consenting to “By Email” and “By Phone”, queries can be sorted out quickly; we are careful not to abuse these. If you want to hear from us very occasionally about ideas on the future development of Ride+Stride and maybe help with the promotion of the event, please tick those two options on the left of the form.

Once the LO has been identified and they have completed the consent form above, please Contact the Regional Organiser to complete the process.

Help us to help

We provide £150,000 in grants every year to help repair, maintain and improve the churches in our region, but we can only do that with your continued support. Please help us continue our vital work.
