Riding & walking routes to explore our churches in Gloucestershire & Bristol
We have created some cycling & walking routes to explore the Jenkins churches described in our booklet ‘Simon Jenkins Favourite Churches Gloucestershire & Bristol. To add to the enjoyment, the walks aim to take in other aspects of Gloucestershire and Bristol heritage and countryside. The routes are in graphic form rather than maps.
With the availability of Google maps, OS apps and other digital route planners, we leave the detailed planning to you. The routes can be seen clearly on OS 1:50000 maps.
Twyning ride
Our event this year is on Saturday 16th September. This is an event starting at Twyning Village Green around Bredon Hill. Departing at 10.00am from TWYNING VILLAGE GREEN.
